Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

I ordered an ipad (21st Nov) in the early black Friday sale.
When I ordered the site said it was in stock, but had an email later that day to say that they were out of stock and would text me when they had replenished. The website is now saying a six week wait but I'm curious if this is likely to apply to orders placed 10 days ago or just new orders.
I had bought this as a xmas gift but would really like to get an indication of whether it is likely to arrive on time. I called customer service but they couldn't give me any more info.
Don't suppose anyone on here has knowledge of how often stock is replensished at o2?

Just a quick one after emails with the CEO team apparently stock is due next week but I won't hold my breath!!
