Dear O2 Team,

 

I am writing in order my o2 account, since I have changed to 3 recently and therefore I won't need it anymore.

Would it be possible to do it? I couldn't find any related topic around here, so I've started a new one.

Your online account account cannot be deleted as it is required for audit purposes but it will become dormant after a while.

It will naturally expire after 6 months of inactivity on the account.
