The BBC have announced that two patients in the UK have been diagnosed with the coronavirus.
No further details have been given other than they are both members of the same family and are receiving specialist NHS care.

At present, 83 Britons and 27 foreign nationals are flying back to the UK from Wuhan, the Chinese city at the centre of the outbreak.
The flight is due to land at RAF Brize Norton at 13:30 GMT.
The UK passengers will then be taken to Arrowe Park Hospital on the Wirral and quarantined for two weeks.

Good to hear @TallTrees
Sadly, I let my registration lapse 5 years ago, so it won't be me.
Did you know nurses have to pay £120 per annum to stay on the National register?
Disgrace!!

Vaccines
Never been happy extending the time between the doses recommended, we have been given half a "bullet" again....remember our troops with no body vests. Other times no ships no planes, no defences in place, actually making timber lookalike planes...the same lies and deliberately misleading the population...years of it.

How will they know?
My 82yr-old dad got his Oxford AZ vaccine about 10days ago. And a letter to say dose 2 gets administered in 12 weeks time, after which he will need to give it 21days "incubation time" before he's considered "fully vaccinated".
Not sure how they will determine that it has worked, tbh.

Senior doctors, British Medical Association, and WHO are recommending cutting the gap between the first and second dose of Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine.
BMA have sent letter to Whitty, who recommended extending the gap from three to 12 weeks.

Last Saturday it was announced that my age group would be getting letters this week about the jab
The week is over and no letter
Yet more broken promises from this awful government
What happens if an 80+ gets the vaccination and dies after a couple of weeks. Will that death be recorded as covid related?
