The BBC have announced that two patients in the UK have been diagnosed with the coronavirus.
No further details have been given other than they are both members of the same family and are receiving specialist NHS care.

At present, 83 Britons and 27 foreign nationals are flying back to the UK from Wuhan, the Chinese city at the centre of the outbreak.
The flight is due to land at RAF Brize Norton at 13:30 GMT.
The UK passengers will then be taken to Arrowe Park Hospital on the Wirral and quarantined for two weeks.

Yes the Morocco issue was on the news last night. How humiliating for the country which initially led the world with the testing system and vaccination programme, is now not wanted in other countries!!
Mind you @pgn I would question the record keeping and statistics from other countries. As we don't have a global system of recording Cov-19, I'm not sure I believe that in the whole of Morocco there are only 9 hospitalised patients with Covid. Or if there are, then I would think there are 100's or 1000's of Moroccans walking around who have it but are yet to be tested.
Maybe we are far too thorough? #just saying.

If the pandemic has highlighted anything, @Cleoriff, it is how sneaky governments can be at fudging the figures.
What else is the WHO good for if not ensuring all authorities use the same yardstick - yet we have apples vs oranges, bananas and pineapples the way it is done atm 🍍🍌🍊🍏

I don't think any other country did the 'failed' track and trace system @pgn. That alone was spewing out totally irrelevant figures on a twice daily basis on the news. Our figures nowadays may be more true to life, however having covid which is no more than flu, is a world of difference from what they were last year. In that the figures in May June 2020 meant everyone was hospitalised, now we have a few days off work and isolate at home, with few symptoms.
Are other countries recording those and more openly declaring them to the public? I doubt it!
