The BBC have announced that two patients in the UK have been diagnosed with the coronavirus.

No further details have been given other than they are both members of the same family and are receiving specialist NHS care.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-51325192

At present, 83 Britons and 27 foreign nationals are flying back to the UK from Wuhan, the Chinese city at the centre of the outbreak.

The flight is due to land at RAF Brize Norton at 13:30 GMT.

The UK passengers will then be taken to Arrowe Park Hospital on the Wirral and quarantined for two weeks.

I opened the last pack of 24 on 17 Dec 2018 and I've still got 4 left.. so forgive me if I don't use both sides.. although that would make my carbon footprint even smaller.. good thinking! 😉

20 rolls used from 17 Dec 2018 - 29 Mar 2020 =

20 rolls used in 468 days =

1 roll in 23.4 days.

1 roll - 200 sheets = 23.4 days =

100 sheets = 11.7days =

10 sheets = 1.17 days...

so 10 sheets a day yahoo

That's a lot of sheeting 😉

btw that party food? Oranges? Apricots and ham? Wtf? (Twitter ripped it to shreds)

To be honest, I have tried to stop watching things about Covid 19 other than the news.

Obviously I remain worried and concerned for everyone...but when it starts impacting the state of my mind, it's time to turn off.

I have a hospital appointment for a 3 monthly routine procedure on Monday 6th and need bloods taking before that. I keep checking the hospital website to make sure neither have been cancelled.

As of 24th March my hospital has stopped all visiting, other than for compassionate grounds.

Knowing how this Covid 19 changes everything on a daily basis, I'm obviously extremely concerned.

Yes, restricted to preserve sanity, and news only the top-of-hour bulletins on the radio channel I am listening to, not more than a couple of times a day.

Too much information can drive you spare!

Hope the hospital appts are honoured, @Cleoriff. 🤞

GP surgeries cancelling B12 jabs for
Pernicious Anaemia. Really worrying as affects immune system. No further advice or help just cut off.

Who is at greater risk, I think - not an easy choice for medical staff to make, @TallTrees. There will be more decisions like this as critical patients arrive in larger numbers at key hospitals - GPs may have similar decisions to make, for expediency.
