Superheroes are really popular right now in most media and we have so many movies, tv shows and games to choose from. On that note, I thought it best to create a comic book discussion to talk about where it all began.

I'm currently reading Arkham Asylum by Grant Morrison. The story is very personal to the protagonist Batman and the insane art creates a really emotive atmosphere.

What comics are you reading? Which has been you favourite ever?

Superman Birthright by Mark Waid is a good read & my other favourite is John Byrne's Man Of Steel from 1986

I will read virtually anything, even the back of an HP Sauce bottle. Currently I'm reading Transformers comics with the odd Startrek that my son (avid fan!) downloaded for me in Hong Kong last week. No blocked sites or artist royalties here. Peer to peer sites aren't blocked by True Vision but some sites are blocked by the army, usually political sites.

I just finished reading 1-8 of Mockingbird, which I really enjoyed. Mockingbird is Bobbi Morse from Agents of SHIELD and was one of my favourite characters in that so I was pleased when they brought out a series for her.

I've also read 1-10 of She-Hulk and the first Jessica Jones compilation, which was somehow even darker than the Netflix show. Next on my list is the rebooted Black Widow.

@Anonymous I'll have to check those out! I've not read a huge amount of Superman stuff. The recent Earth One storylines are pretty good if you've not checked them out.

@gmarkj the AVP ones were great! This one was a favourite slight_smile
