As the 25 December 2023, is only 40 days away, I wanted to drop a post to discuss what we can do on The Community over the festive period 🎄

I would LOVE IT, if more members could get involved next month, when we run some marvelous merry activities

Christmas is cancelled in the Jones house just as it is every year

Can't abide Christmas or New Year in this country since my wife passed away. She loved it but I just can't celebrate it nowadays on my own

I will however try to join in but no promises

True, Christmas can be a hard time for many people, especially those grieving the lost of a family member. I'm thinking of a mate of mine who too lost his wife suddenly and early

Sorry to hear that. My mother spent Christmas Day in intensive care and died on Boxing Day so I have some idea as to how you are feeling.

Totally 100% go along with @Cleoriff for Chrissy Word Scramble.

@Dave-O2 I`ll do a Xmas WRQ  and a End of the Year WRQ - as in previous years.

I`ll send you a pm to discuss possible dates.
