Hi @Anonymous We don't have any traditional Christmas Eve meal here, but it will be traditional Roast Turkey with all the trimmings on Christmas Day - cooked by my daughter and her husband (a Chef!!)
Wherever you are and whatever you will be eating I hope that you will have a really wonderful and memorable time. God Bless!

Steak for tomorrow... (my husbands favourite).
Turkey and Beef on Christmas Day.......with youngest son, his partner and grandkids
Buffet on Boxing day with eldest son, partner and more grandkids....
Then on the 27th ....a bit of a tradition... I do a massive 'bubble and squeak', with cold meat platters etc etc etc.
(Supposed to be a 'day of rest', but amazing the amount of family members who just happen to drop in)

Nothing special tomorrow night, Christmas dinner will be roast chicken with roast turkey at my Mum's on Boxing Day. The family tradition has always been lamb on Boxing Day but I can no longer eat it so we're having a change - everyone is pleased about that except my mother!

no traditional food on Christmas Eve, but I will be uptown experiencing the spell/magic of Christmas Eve
this year it will be a 'bung in the oven' salmon with roast potatoes & a complimentary sauce followed by what is for me a challenge = to make a traditional sherry trifle in my grandma's glass dish
Boxing Day will be a buffet
in Yorkshire it is tradition we eat our Christmas cake with a slice of cheese = preferably Wensleydale made in the, up the Dales, Hawes Creamery
