I'm recording the soaps. The rest of the time will be watching Netflix. I don't feel well enough to go for Christmas dinner at my son's and I guess some of the day will be spent in bed.
Hope you feel better soon @jonsie, sending you my very best wishes all the way from the South of France

Did anyone watch The Limehouse Golem on BBC2?
It was a real gem of a film, for those who like murder, mystery and mayhem in Victorian times. Based loosely on a true story and starring the great Bill Nighy as the detective in charge of finding the Limehouse Golem, it made for excellent viewing with a surreal twist. It features some real life characters such as Dan Leno and Karl Marx, who 'could have been the Golem'
I thoroughly enjoyed it,.

No I didn't see it but it seems I missed a good programme. I'm not a big fan of anything set in Victorian times to be honest.

I missed it @Cleoriff . I enjoy murder/mysteries set in Victorian times and do like films with Bill Nighty, so hope it is repeated very soon.
