I would think that whoever tried to use one of them in an exam would be running a huge risk if they were caught. Now that the story is out in the open it will be even more difficult to use one. Unfortunately, there will always be cheaters in all walks of life.

I think technology is advancing at such a rate Exam Boards need to set up new rules regarding what is allowed when taking exams. Personally.... I think the rot started to set in when calculators became an acceptable aid..
