Hi guys,

 

We came across this great article from the Guardian regarding the immense growth of Internet usage in recent years:

 

The New Age of Internet.

 

Check it out. There are some surprising results. Such as in 2010, Internet usage accounted for 8% of UK GDP! I also had no idea that Britain's Internet usage infrastructure was envied as much as it is.

I think the internet use will keep on growing and become a huge part of people's lives in the future, both mobile and landline, which means if this is true, and I'm aware it's only a rumour, I think it would be the wrong way to go:

I stopped reading the article when it mentioned "UK" and "advanced" in the same statement - the UK has incredibly slow internet compared to other countries, I wonder what others envy us for...

Intriguing. I must admit online booking does account for 78% of my gross profits.

If anything I thought the figure would be higher.
