Can't call out.

Hi all. I recently paid my bill, which was a bit behind. But despite paying, I seem to have lost the ability to call out. Help?

Log onto my o2 and make sure both the airtime AND device plan were paid if on refresh,
If so or on a standard tariff, call customer service on 202

If your service was restricted, and you have now paid the bill, it can take a few days for o2 systems to recognise this and reset your account.

Was your phone disconnected from the network? If so you will need to pay a reconnection fee.

Best to contact Customer Services on 202 (if your mobile let's you make that call) or on 0344 809 0202 from any uk mobile or landline to chivvy them along.

In future best to pay by direct debit which you are required to do as part of your contract.

The system resets at midnight every night. If it doesn't reconnect after a reboot then do as advised and contact customer service tomorrow.
