Britain`s Got Talent returns to ITV tonight [Sunday 30 August] at 6.30pm with a one-off show - Britain`s Got Talent: The Finalists Revealed, which was pre-recorded [before Simon Cowell`s back injury] and will show the judges reducing 200 acts to 40.

The 40 acts chosen by the judges will join the Golden Buzzer acts:

Sing Along With Us, singing group - David`s Golden Buzzer; Fayth Ifel, 12year old singer - Simon`s Golden Buzzer; Nabil Abdulrashis, comedian; Jon Courtney, comedy singer - Ant & Dec`s Golden Buzzer; and Honey and Sammy, mother and daughter singers - Amanda`s Golden Buzzer

in the semi-finals.

The first of five pre-recorded semi-finals will be screened on ITV next Saturday [5 September], with the judges picking one act to go through to the final, and the public voting for another act once the episode is shown.

The final will be shown live - without Simon Cowell in the hotseat, who will be replaced by Ashley Banjo.

My "top three" were ....

3rd - Aaron and Jasmine - dancers

2nd - Damien Brian - magician

1st - The Coven - dance group. Performance of the night.

The judge`s chose three acts -

Souparnika Nair - 10-year old singer

Aaron & Jasmine - dancers

The Coven - dance group

went to judge`s vote,

first David - who voted for Aaron & Jasmine

second Alesha - who voted for The Coven

third Ashley - who voted for The Coven

It was then down to Amanda... if she voted for The Coven, they were through to the final, but, if she is voted for Aaron & Jasmine, it would be a tie - but they would go through as she is head judge...

I was disappointed to see Amanda vote against Ashley and Alesha - ignoring their comments on the performance by The Coven - and, no doubt relishing the chance to exercise her "power" of being head judge put Aaron & Jasmine through to the final.

Down to the public vote as to which other act goes thru to the final. I hope it`s The Coven.

Actually I found it amazing that the judges voted for the 10 year old in top 3, yet not one of them voted for her??

This is why I can't take to this voting system.

The public do vote, so why not count their votes when the celebrity act is on...then go to the judges with the top 3?

Furious that The Coven didn't get through.

My tv isn't working 😞

Really wanted to watch last night's show

The Coven is the act I wanted to see

The granddaughter of a friend of mine from senior school is dancing ... she is the tallest and the youngest but has had injuries recently so hasn't been able to train fully with the troupe

Thank you for your posts @Cleoriff

I don't know what's up with the tv @Cleoriff

Both the Sky box and tv have power

The Sky box won't respond to the remote controller ... it shows amber when I want it to show green ... There is Dominic at Skipton Laptop Centre I can ask to come out and have a look at it whilst I might as well make an appointment with him to look at my 4 in 1 printer which hasn't worked for months or years ... I have changed the batteries in the remote but it is not talking to the sky box or tv

Had I known when my friend was screwing the wheeler and shower seat together = he would have been able to fix tv I'm sure.

It sounds as if you need to pull the mains power connector out of the back of the Sky Box @Anonymous . Leave it for 15 seconds and then put it back in.  Then leave it to reset itself. It should take a few minutes.

Pleased to hear it Jane.

That's the usual fix when the Sky box plays up. It just needs resetting. Enjoy BGT smiling

I forgot to mention this and not sure if anyone noticed? There was no discussion about the Diversity dance (which has now reached 15, 000 complaints to Ofcom)....but Ashley Banjo entered to Elton Johns I'm Still Standing....rofl

Hi @Anonymous

Good to hear your TV is fixed and you`ll be watching BGT this afternoon. Hope you enjoy it.

After you`ve watched it, be interested to know what you think of the acts and which you think should be in the final.
