I think this tweet sums up the whole sorry saga that Brexit has become:

I genuinely hope that MPs from both sides of the house can finally work together, and put the interests of the country first. But given the way that they’ve behaved so far, that’s probably being optimistic to say the least.

Totally agree @Anonymous

What's even more concerning, many people have limited knowledge of political shenanigans even though they voted either to leave or remain. I genuinely think we are a nation of 'totally bewildered' at recent events and are sick to death of it all.

So we now wait for the EU `s decision...

and then we`ll have the "blame game" - you know the one. Boris tells MPS

"We were gonna leave - deal or deal - on 31 Oct but you voted the Benn Act thru, so it`s your fault"

"I got a deal but you made me ask the EU for an extension, so it`s your fault"

"You voted for my Bill but then made me suspend its progress, so it`s your fault"

"You voted against a general election but with EU decision we have to have one, so it`s your fault"...

I think it's got to the stage where the Queen needs to toss a coin.

It seems that efforts to secure an election in December might be thwarted by the pantomime season.

It's rather ironic, considering that Brexit is the biggest pantomime of them all  wink

@Anonymous - that is so begging for Community members to nominate which character each MP represents... joy
