i really want new Blackberry Passport with my upgarde. I hope O2 is going to get some soon. BB is doing really well with this new phone and the other one (BB Classic/Q20) will be good quality phone as well. If O2 is not going to get new BB phones i/we have to change our account from O2 to others who sell new BB phones. I said we cos as a company we need BB phones (pls do not reply saying that other phones can do the same). Qwerty keyboard is the best thing on BB and e-mails setup.

So we want to see new BB phones with O2...

Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the Community

At the moment its not looking likely that O2 will stock the Passport or any other BlackBerry device. The official line is that they decided that stocking Blackberry wasn't what was best for O2 or their customers. I know...go figure!

But have a look at the thread here for further discussion:

If you want a Passport you will have to go through CarPhone Warehouse at the moment for your upgrade.

I think we are lucky they are offering the Classic, tbh....
Last year it was a definite "no" to any BB devices at all.....
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I did (and still do) find it strange that o2 completely stopped BB. considering the size of o2 business accounts and that BB are awesome at business connectivity, I just find it barmy.

I think we heard from two of our Blackberry experts (and Social media team) that the Passport is not in O2's plans to be stocked by them...
