I'm talking pre 94 and Cellnet days.
I was with Mercury One to One.
Cellnet was launched on GSM so would certainly have been possible then.
Interesting fact about the number of staff working there..........

Analogue yes you are right but it was digital from day one in Bury and as it was the first one in the north-west, the initial calls were selected as to which centre they went.
