Hey guys,
I hope you are all doing well. As @Cleoriff @Mi-Amigo and me had a very funny conversation comparing the great Oasis to the Beatles and as you can now get tickets to events on O2 Priority again - I thought we might make this into a regular thing. Let me welcome you to BATTLE OF THE BANDS!
I am going to give you two bands and we have to decide which one is better! This is obviously just for fun so please don’t take it too seriously!!! But share some funny memes and join the discussion why one HAS to be better than the other!
And here we go: To kick this off I give you....
THE BEATLES VS. THE ROLLING STONES
Let me hear it from the experts! WHO WINS THIS?

This is a weird one for me @LukasB as back in the day, you either liked the Beatles or the Stones.
(This was in the 60's) It wasn't done to be a fan of both.
So as I was a rebel back then, I liked the most rebellious group i.e The Rolling Stones.
(I also sat on Mick Jaggers knee when they appeared at the Locarno Ballroom in Coventry in 1963 .)
I never understood Beatlemania.
I preferred John Lennon to Paul McCartney.
However, as the years went on, I actually liked both groups. I think the Beatles were better song writers and singers, although the The Stones were and still are, better performers (in my opinion)
I have seen The Stones 3 times live and never seen the Beatles at all.
In fairness though, I think the Beatles legacy and songbook will long outlast The Stones.

Great idea @LukasB
As most of you would expect, in my opinion, The Beatles are/were The Greatest Band .
As @Cleoriff said, in the 60s you were either a Beatles` fan or a Stones` fan.
Living across the Mersey from Liverpool before The Beatles were famous, a kid at school had a brother who had seen them at The Cavern and told us all about the great little band...
I have every record The Beatles ever released, inc some very rare editions and early pressings.
I never saw The Beatles live - only just missed out on a ticket to a gig in Slough having scived off school and gueuing, but have had the privilege of meeting Paul and George on separate occasions [post Beatles].
And don`t forget, John and Paul wrote one of The Stones earliest hits - I Wanna Be Your Man.
That said, I`ll agree that The Stones are still a good live band.
