When I saw the headline @TallTrees, I thought that you were being serious. ๐คฃ
I wonder how many folks won't open your post out of feat and trepidation ? They'll defer the exercise plan so that it becomes a New Year resolution, with implementation further deferred until the light nights and finer weather are with us. And by then, the exercise plan will have been forgotten about. ๐
