These people say they will action something within 24 hours to fobb you off.  They get paid for doing nothing!

I hope so. I'm so upset by this. How could they do this? It's like nothing they say is real. How do you know anything is true.

I'll be surprised if you get it back, once any credit or account has been removed from a number it's usually marked as out of use..

Yes - come full circle - but still CHAT is worse than useless - at least if they were useless. I'd not have thought I could keep the new number and gone and bought another sim card for the second number.  The actually made things worse.
