You might have mentioned it before @Cleoriff, so in case you have please excuse my very short-term memory today ... have you sene all three of the movies you mentioned?? I haven't but have only heard good things!

No I haven't seen any of them, only excerpts. I have Bohemian Rhapsody ordered on DVD. It comes out next month.

I always find it most amusing that the Arts give "themselves" awards

Why don't the Essential Services Sector give "themselves" awards ~ Fastest person to work! award

Happiest Person at the Electricity Board award  The Ambulance Services awards ~ Nurses Services awards ~  Starchiest uniform award ~  Miners or Builders or Engineers or Mechanics awards?

They could all cheer and clap each other, make long speeches of love and admiration. 

Just sayin' my thoughts on the whole "love in"

That's a lovely idea! Some companies or sectors of work have their own awards, it's just generally less spoken of outside of the sector or covered in the wider news I think. I'm not sure about essential services specifically but I'll have a look around online, I'm curious to find out more on the subject.

Now that's an impressive performance from The Favourite!  I've not seen either of the three movies you mentioned but I'll pencil them downso I don't forget to watch them when the DVDs come out ... Were you surprised by any of the winners?
