Answering facebook

Hi I sent a message on facebook to ask how I could send a compliment about a member of staff who ever answers facebook got back to me and I then replied to them about the member of staff I have since sent another message but have not heard back is the facebook page not monitored all the time

Can I just ask, is the social media team who appear on here the same people who are also responsible for handling the O2 Twitter account? Do they work alongside you? The O2 Twitter team are fantastic, they have had me in stitches plenty of times with their remarks and banter with rival companies.

Yes, part of the social team you see here are on FB and Twitter. Toby and I are exclusively community (you'll soon know why) but we liaise daily with a much wider group of teams.
