Just thought I would add another
This place has gotten a whole lot worse lately, part's of this board are turning in to a social media forum full of non related rubbish & link's being posted just so users post counts go higher, carry on like this & it will be as bad as the Giff Gaff forum!
I know im a happy ex O2 customer, looking at the state of this forum it would certainly put me of ever rejoining.

Hi @Anonymous ,
Go to: My Settings > Preferences > Kudos > Hide Kudos and counts
Hope that helps!

In addition to the Kudos button (wherever and whenevr it is available) there should also be an ARP (Another Rubbish Post) button - for the sake of balance and equality you understand.

Hi @Anonymous ,
Its an interesting suggestion, but we will not implementing this
Our approach to managing the community is all about positivity and support of each other, as well as celebrating our differences and individuality. We also want to ensure that members who want to interact with each other here on a social level have the freedom to do that too. Friends on social networks and friends on a community can be very different. Also, some may not want to use social networks, or even have an account, so allowing the odd off-topic post where we can all chat together is a nice thing to be able to provide.
Encouraging friendly conversations here can be very beneficial. It can help you learn from one another, trust one another during periods of giving advice, and can also make newcomers feel accepted in the community.
That being said, we are looking into ways of making those of you who have no interest be able to use the community still. We could perhaps omit all Off-topic posts from the 'Latest Topics' list on the home page. How do you feel about this?

I think some members would like this feature. On a personal note I am happy it stays as it is...
Purely because time isn't an issue with me ....which is very different for those members who work full time

What does that even mean? It is first class gobbledegook that roughly translated means "we prefer people who agree; any contrary views are negative and unwelcome. And what "celebrating our differences" has to do with using mobile phones or solving technical problems totally escapes me.
It seems incredible to me that individuals communicating with one another about technical problems or the merits/demerits of this or that make/model of phone are not regarded as "interacting on a social level".
Must go - have things to do before part 5 of The Missing starts.
