I have virgin and it's advertised at up to 150 but I actually get 95. I have received an email to say I have now been supercharged so when I get back to the UK maybe I'm in for a nice surprise......

I joined Virgin Media after the closure of O2 broadband, currently I am on 50Mb broadband which I get all the time and I have the option of activating a free upgrade now to increase it to 70Mb but I don't need the extra 20Mb, so 50Mb is where I am keeping it at. The price is right too at £19.50 a month and due to various things going on with situation with them I haven't had to pay them any bills to them for months, my next bill is in Feb 2016.
And happily I just rejoined O2 pay monthly, getting signed up again was a nightmare, but the service is well worth it.
