@TallTrees, you asked if I`m a night owl? Well, I guess maybe. I hate going to bed early and as my carer comes around 8.15am have to be out of bed fairly early so my answer would be I burn the candle at both ends and probably a bit in the middle.

And if @jonsie sees this, hope everything is going well for you.

I am an early bird.

I find I need less sleep nowadays....however that's probably due to the fact I do like a siesta in the afternoon. (when I had my apartment in Spain it was part of the tradition)

After an hour or so, I can then stay up till the early hours.

So really,  I am an early and late bird. Catching worms at all parts of the day and night
