They were featured on Russell Howard's Good News last year - it was repeated a few days ago so it should be on iplayer - if so, it's right at the end of the show (episode 2, if I remember correctly).   The dad is such a nice bloke - a gentle soul.

I liked the way Richard Snr said "He's the athlete, not me".   He said that it's his son's desire to win that keeps him going when he'd otherwise give up - and there was nothing about him to suggest he didn't mean that 100%.
