I recieved a £20 gift voucher to spend at either Amazon, Next, M&S etc after buying a phone. I redeemed my voucher just after Christmas (or thought I had). I chose the Next voucher however; I still have not recieved it.
I contacted 02 via the Live Chat system and was told that none of my details were on the system, and that they had run out of Next vouchers. She then gave me a choice of either Debenhams or Argos, to which I replied Debenhams. The reply I got was, "but you haven't redeemed the voucher to choose one of these". I stated that when I entered my code onto the website, it said that it was successful and that I had to wait at least 24 hours for my voucher to be sent to me. She checked the system and said that my email address that I'd given wasn't valid.
Does anyone know where I can go from here?
