o2 Priority Disney + £2 off - Oops error

Everytime I try to activate the £2 off Disney + offer I get an error 'Oops something went wrong'.  I meet all the qualifying criteria but I consistently get this error.

 

When speaking to customer services they told me the £2 off will be applied regardless but that is not the case.

 

Anyone else have this issue and know how to resolve it?
