Priority on my Moto G4+ android 8.1 no longer works after the v9.7 update - it crashes out on loading.  Using priority.02.co.uk also fails with a 'something went wrong' message.  It would be good if instead of crashing it gave a meaningful error message - I guess it doesnt like the android version?.

If you've rebooted after deleting and before reinstalling it should remove all cached data anyway. This also would not effect the web version, so maybe an account issue that needs intervention?

This link is working fine for me Priority: Our pick of the best offers and prize draws. - Priority - Priority (o2.co.uk)

It requires Android 8 and upwards so should work.

Try deleting and reinstalling the app.

Thanks,  I have tried uninstalling and re-installing rebooting etc but to no avail.  Perhaps there is some cached data somewhere that is upsetting it?, would this stop the web page version from working too?

After deleting cache and some downloaded files to free up space both the web app and the android app appear to be working again.  Perhaps android needed that file space for swap files?,  its an old phone and the apps are getting cluttered.  Thanks Mi5 for the reply!  it set me on the right track (ie not an Android version issue)
