Resolved! Codes don’t work

Been trying to access priority all day for Peter Kay tickets, o2 keep sending codes but when I enter them the App just keeps going back to the beginning… it’s a joke. They shouldn’t offer services that they can’t deliver

Is there an issue with 02 priority this morning?

Trying to login ready to get Peter Kay tickets at 10am and there appears to be an erro on the website and via the app. When will this be fixed please as due to hopefully get tickets at 10am this morning. Do not want to miss out.
