I’ve won a priority prize but I can’t see how to claim it, on the app it indicates someone will contact me after 48 hours and if they haven’t then call a number. Called the number but it is automated at says to call o2 customer service. Called o2 customer service and they said they can’t do it and to use the online chat, unfortunately my o2 app (not the priority one) says there is a sign in problem so I don’t know who to contact. Is there a phone number or email I can use?
