Hello, I'd like to make use of my Virgin Wines voucher code (xxxxxxxxxxxxx), but it gives me an error saying it has been already used, which obviously I haven't.

No one on here can help you, as this is a customer to customer community. 

You would be best speaking to Virgin Wines, as they are the ones who provide the codes..
