Why have I never recieved my tile tracker???

Months ago I was promised this tile mate free gift, nothing ever arrived. I've hunted the net and can't find an address or phone number to contact, all I can find is a customer services number but when I call them they are unable to help me and just give me a number to call and when I try it's dead!

My wife and I too have not received ours.  We got a text like Popee's on 4/10 and took up the offer, but nothing since.

May I please have the email address to follow up and see if I can actually get the tiles delivered?
