The postman finally brought me my tile tracker today after all these many, many weeks (even months).
I really appreciate your getting involved and the influence you put to play in the matter. I am sure that without your help I would still be no nearer getting this item.
For this I thank you and will now back out and leave you in peace.

Sure, no problem.
It was very straight forward.
All I needed to do was download the app to my iPhone (and my iPad).
Set up an account with them the usual way (email address and create password).
Waited for an email to arrive, which it did quite quickly. Pressed the link in the email to verify my email address and made a note of the confirmation code numbers, which I entered in the tile tracker app.
Checked in settings that bluetooth was switched on.
Pressed the icon in the app, which paired it and to verify it was paired successfully pressed the button in the middle of the tile.
Viola, all done!
