I submitted a complaint online Jan 7th about a known to you mast problem. The problem beeing that the other party on all calls was very distorted and ineligible. What gave you the idea that calling me to discuss the compliant was going to help? I could not make heads or tails of what was trying to be paid. Oh and I have still not had an answer to my complaint.

I found using social media (X) was a good way of being helpful with my problems. Or go to you local 02 store.

The problem is official complaints seem to be taking around 8 weeks at present.
During that time many agents are loathe to intervene further
