Hi guys,

Just a quick heads up that there will be a few changes done during next week that will impact a small number of customers using older phone OS with the Priority app:

  • The minimum Android OS you'll need to be able to use the app will be 6.0
  • The minimum iOS version to use the app will be 10.0

So if you are using Android OS older than 6.0 or iOS older than 10.0, you'll either need to upgrade your phone software or continue using Priority via your web browser.

When you try using the app on non-supported systems after next week, you'll receive a text to notify you of this and the above 2 options.

A text to notify you of an attempt to use Priority app on a non-supported (older) o/s? As in an SMS text? Hmm.
