Did anyone else use the priority code for 25% off of the Fitbit Charge 3?
I ordered it on the 30th Dec and booked the 8am-10pm delivery slot on the 31st Dec. However, I didn’t get a confirmation email of the purchase (the money’s been taken out of my account), and it hasn’t turned up.
I rang o2 but they couldn’t track it as I haven’t got a confirmation.
Can anyone help?!

@Abby Unfortunately only customer service can help you as we are all customers here like yourself. 

Chances are though that it’s out of stock. 

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I ordered Fitbit as well, I managed to take a screen shot of my confirmation number but no email. No help from customer support either.

Fitbit is currently out of stock but nice lady from customer service managed to cancel my order and refund the money.

The lady I spoke to on customer services said it is out of stock but will be sent as soon as they’re back in. I will get my confirmation when it is dispatched. I was offered a cancellation and refund but decided to wait.
Hopefully it won’t be long.. I just want my Fitbit now! 😬😩 Pray for me
