I ordered it on the 30th Dec and booked the 8am-10pm delivery slot on the 31st Dec. However, I didn’t get a confirmation email of the purchase (the money’s been taken out of my account), and it hasn’t turned up.
I rang o2 but they couldn’t track it as I haven’t got a confirmation.
Can anyone help?!

@Abby Unfortunately only customer service can help you as we are all customers here like yourself.
Chances are though that it’s out of stock.
