I have been trying to log into the O2 Priority app on my Apple phone but once I have received and entered the code I get to my mobile number I am met with a short video that then puts me back to the log in screen. This happens every time I attempt to log in on my phone. On one of my attempts to log in I changed it from the app to my search engine where one time I was prompted with a message saying that my mobile number wasn't applicable but after this I was able to log in. I then attempted to log into the Priority app again but met with the same cycle of the video and log in screen.

Can you log in on the Priority website, @Michael-B05?
If so, force-stop your Priority App, clear app cache and re-try.
Failing that, uninstall app, restart phone, re-install and try from there.
