Yesterday I used my priority code to receive £10 off, I didn’t think it had gone through and called Uber support line who advised the transaction was just a hold and when it goes through the £10 would be deducted but if it didn’t just contact support again and they will credit back. I was charged full price and have been speaking to support on messages for over an hour now and still they have not honoured the £10 refund, they even tried to say the reason the code didn’t work is because it is for Mexico!!! Even after I shared a screen print from 02.
