Another one, me too. Never had a bottle of bubbly or an offer from O2 for me to "Upgrade on us".
It doesn't keep me awake at night, but...
Mind you, the O2 Community Hoodie I won early in the year, which arrived in August, has been most useful the last 3 or 4 weeks!

It does seem a little one-sided... Now perhaps if I had a tariff with 50GB data and the latest and greatest handset, then my name would be on the list. But I don't - I have a contract that gives me what I need at a price that I can afford.
And O2 Priority never seemes to yield results for me either.
Here's a bit of mobile phone history in the meantime!

Nor do I have ‘the latest and greatest handset’ or ‘50gb of data’ or a tariff I can’t afford. Perhaps luck was just on my side for this purpose. 😉☘️

Think yourself lucky you got anything or maybe they had no Moet left. I applied for mine on 3rd Oct and was told my request for a free bottle of Moët had been accepted and I would receive it in 28 days. Here I am on the 17 Nov and still waiting. Where is it o2? This is the first time Iv entered for a freebie in the 23yr Iv been with you and you can’t even send it. Not happy at all and my contracts due for renewal but your offer of a free upgrade won’t be accepted if you don’t get my bubbly posted
