Thirsty Thursdays not working

I have tried to use Thirsty Thursdays voucher for the last two weeks, although I have voucher code valid while trying at till it does not work. Local pub says it's an O2 issue rather than theirs. Is that true?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

I have had the same issue for the last 2 weeks. Last night less than 50% of the vouchers worked. It's not feeling like much of a reward! Plus the grief we get from the bar staff when we're all stood there with codes that are hit and miss!!! It also doesn't help that there's only 15 minutes to use it. Stupidly I've got loads of my mates transferred to O2 so there's quite a queue at 5.

Codes and their acceptance are totally in the hands of the Pub chain. Not O2
