The odeon app won’t let me use my free cinema ticket

I’ve tried to use my voucher, but on both my phones it won’t accept the code. Anybody had the same problem?

I know the codes not showing on the photo but when I do have the code on there it is the same text underneath telling me it’s not a code

I would speak direct to Odeon, as they are the ones who give the codes to o2 .
