Says I am receiving 10% on Tops Ups but always shows £zero rewards claimable - why

I signed up to Priority in Nov 20 and top up monthly.   Everytime I check my priority account it shows zero rewards and tells me I am getting ten percent.   My husband also has priority and successfully claims his rewards,  but he also cannot get it to work for me.  Help needed please...
