I thought i'd add some additional advice to this thread 😊
The offer is working as it should, however, the codes are very popular and get snapped up quickly.
We advise that you don't sit in the Priority app overnight, close this down and open again the next morning.
Go to offers, and then the travel category just before 9am.
Remain in the category when it hits 9am, then swipe down hard at the very top of the category so it refreshes the page, then click the offer and tap 'use now'.

I would expect that @Tracyh28. The stock is reloaded at 9.00am, so if you refresh Priority a few seconds after 9.00am, you should see them ; at 8.50am, it is the previous day's stock that has been exhausted.
It is the same with any Priority offer, for example Greggs, that goes live at a particular time. On many occasions, I have stood in Greggs at 6.59am and kept refreshing Priority as I waited for that day's offers to go live at 7.00am. 👍

Me too, have tried refreshing multiple times, signing in about out etc at 9am for last three days, never any codes, anyone know if they are actually being posted?

With all VM and o2 customers having access to one the 1000 codes will vanish instantly..
I have seen the option in the app to get the code, but everyone will try at 9am

Me too. Have tried for several days, lots of times at various times of the day including around 9am. Always 'Sold Out'. I think it's a load of old tosh tbh. Just keeping us wasting our time. Wish they wouldn't do this.

The "sweet treats" from Greggs were still available this morning at 10.30am, but there were 10,000 codes released per day and to use them, you have to make the effort to go to a Greggs shop.
In truth @Godiva, if they are releasing just 1,000 codes per day on the Railcard offer, securing one is going to be difficult. We estimated some time ago that probably 23 million O2 customers potentially have access to O2 Priority, so that is codes for 0.004 per cent of the potential userbase daily ! 👍

It’s click bait. Even if there are actual codes they mysteriously go before appearing. Useful if the 1000s getting them each day would post to say they got one and how, then we’d know !!
