Hi, I have been lucky enough to actually get a code for the £10 railcard.
However when I am adding it to the promo code box on the railcard application page it keeps giving me a message that “The code entered is a master (trigger) code or not a code issued by or known to uniqudo”
I have tried to DM O2 on Twitter/X as they suggest to get help but have received no response.
I can’t obtain a new code through Priority either as I am stuck with the one that has been issued to me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You are best reaching out to the Railcard website operator and asking them, as they provide the codes to VMo2,.
