Prsnt M&S Prize Issue

Hi - I’m having an issue claiming my latest Blue Mondays M&S prize code which I won on Monday. I’m doing what I’ve done before but the Prsnt app won’t accept it and seems to be saying I can’t use more than one. The prize expires on 1/12 so I don‘t have long left.

Help! How do I fix this?

@WhoAmI

Contact Prsnt for help with their codes.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I’ve done this but a human can’t respond until Monday. The AI response is that I can’t redeem the code. It has to be done the same week it’s won, but because I redeemed one earlier this week (which I won in a previous week) I can’t redeem the recent one. It also told me I could redeem it when the next campaign starts but also confirmed that I actually can’t do that because it’s a different week.

So basically, the M&S Blue Monday prizes seem to be a con if you get more than once and don’t use one per week (which is not made clear as it states a valid date beyond the week, and I don’t even live somewhere with a store so travelling there only to spend £4 is hardly cost effective). I know of another person affected by this too.

Very disappointing.

All down to M&S and their promoters.

Quite frankly I hardly bother. Most things I don't want or are for something that has to be redeemed at a store that does not exist in my area

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I fail to see how O2 can use Priority as a selling point

Both the other main networks have their own versions and in my eyes are a much better option as a contract perk.
