Problems with 02 priority

I've recently changed from iPhone 7 to galaxy note 8 and had priority working fine on iPhone but since changing it refuses to recognise my phone number no matter how many times I've tried I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still no go. Does anyone have a fix please?
