I expect it's a short code @Marco1. They are usually competition numbers. Looks like we have another technical 'glitch'. Probably best to contact O2.

Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.

Out of curiosity what type of number are you trying to call ... and whats the actual 'error msg' ?
