Hi
Apologies if this is a basic question but i'm only a recent sign up to o2 after years with 3.
Re the buying of tickets with the priority app..
If for some reason we couldn't make the event after purchasing a ticket, can we cancel, or do we have to resell via ticketmaster ?
We've recently bought some tickets for an event in the next few months, but we're waiting on leave to be granted in our jobs - if we can't get leave, i'm just checking what our options are..

It all depends on the terms set by the promoter for the tickets, so will allow resale some wont so check what the event promoter says, a that is what o2 priority tickets will lose.
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
