I won an instant prize on 14/04/2021 - I still have not received this yet I have emailed the email given from venture blue and I have heard nothing back. Can anyone advise?

This is the 3rd or 4th customer who cannot get any response from this venture blue company.

It would seem that O2 need to vet their partners better and help out their customers here?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I’ve tried to get in contact with O2 also but no luck - any suggestions? I pay them enough every month
